After many years as Head Chef to high-end restaurants in glamorous places, Jean Luc decided to he wanted a more simple life.

He began Sprightly Goat Farms with Daisy, his first goat, and a mission to bring substance back to farming.

25 years later, he has 372 goats, and the same passion to treat his animals ethically and bring wonderful, handcrafted goat products to the masses.
